I've had the opportunity to work on products in the HR tech space including employee benefits tools, employee engagement tools, sales tools, and the world's largest hiring platform.

My user research training and focus on improving onboarding helps teams quickly understand user problems and translate them into intuitive experiences that guide users to their goals.

My design solutions have reclaimed thousands of hours in manual processes, captured hundreds of thousands in unpaid invoices, reduced no-shows to job interviews, and transitioned users to new experiences without an increase in customer support contacts.​​
